Fall is here and this is a MUST for you if you love pumpkin..and spice

This recipe is so easy to do! Its basically a one-bowl bun type of recipe!
Pumpkin sweet bread
1.5 tablespoonsl instant yeast
113 waster
2 eggs
340 pumpkin puree
25g oil, I used avocado- but pumpkin seed oil would be amazing!
780g all purpose flour
106g brown sugar
15 g salt
1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
For the filling:
1 stick butter (4 ounces)-melted
250g dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
For the topping:
1 pkg cream cheee
200g powdered sugar
In a stand mixer (you can also kneed by hand!) add all the ingredients together, but the salt. mix until you form a nice ball. Then add the salt last.
Mix on low speed for roughly 6 minutes until you have a soft dough.
Let rise for 1 hour or until double in size.
punch down and roll out to 1/4 inch thick into a nice even rectangle
Spread your melted butter over the rectangle making sure you get butter all the way to the edges.
Sprinkle the pumpkin pie spice and dark brown sugar evenly onto the dough.
roll the dough up tightly and cut into slices about 2" thick.
Place in a baking dish and cover with a soft tea towel.
Let rise again until double in size-about 30-40 minutes
Bake in 350*F oven until golden brown and when you tap the dough it sounds hollow.
While baking, make the frosting:
mix the cream cheese can powdered sugar together until smooth.
When buns come out of the oven, spread the cream cheese frosting onto of the warm buns to allow the frosting to melt into the buns.
Enjoy warm or room temperature!
