Guava Bubble

300g water

226g guava nectar

150g sugar or your favorite sweetener

7g agar powder

Instructions: In a small sauce pan, bring to boil the water, sugar, and agar powder. Boil while stirring for up to 3 minutes. This activates the agar powder.

Add in your guava nectar and pour quickly into your bubble molds.

Place in the refrigerator for about an hour or until the bubble is set. The larger the bubble the longer it will take to set.

Carefully open the molds and pop out the bubbles. You can keep them stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days! (Even better to food prep if you want a midnight snack)

** My bubble molds are just round ice cube trays! They come in all sizes.

To Assemble

In a cute glass or bowl, add in desired amount go strawberries. I usually do about 4 per person, depending on size of glass/bowl. You don't want it to look too empty or too full.

Drizzle on your desired amount and type of condensed milk. Like I mentioned on my instagram post, you can make this completely vegan with a plant based condensed milk(oat) or completely gluten free with coconut condensed milk!

Add on your guava Bubble. Top with edible flowers and a slice of strawberry.

Serve right away and watch your audience be in awe.

Enjoy!
